Fabrication

We have been established since 1979 as a UK limited company. Currently have more than 35 members of staff with over 25 time served skilled tradesmen. 2006 saw us moved into our own purpose built engineering workshops located in the center of England. At present we are suppliers to a variety of blue chip companies within a wide range of industries. We have the ability to fabricate to both national and international codes including

Materials

At present we are coded to fabricate in the following materials Stainless Steel 304 - 316 - 321 Duplex - Super Duplex UNS 32760 Hastalloy - Aluminum - Plastic Pipework


Workshop Facilities

Within our workshop, which covers an area of 785m2 (8450ft2), we have;

  • Modern fabrication and sheet metal work equipment including CNC press
  • Overhead crane capacity 10 tons
  • Fabrications sizes up to Diameters - 5m, Lengths - 25m
  • Secure site with indoor and outdoor storage
  • Facilities covering 1.5 acres
